If my face is puffy with excessive fluid retention in the morning, then I will a cup of black coffee quickly. It does help me stay slim, but of course I will not drink it all the time.”

Bananas contain pectin, a soluble fiber that can help normalize the digestive tract’s movement and ease constipation. By taking in more fiber, the increase in bowel movements also help remove excessive body waste and weight. Of course treat this diet fad with a grain of salt. You can incorporate bananas into your meals, but eating healthily is about balance of a variety of foods.
